Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler, a Z-grade movie critic, is famous by her scathing appreciation of stupid action as well as horror films. The reviewer began her journey in the latter half of 2009, and when she gained some recognition through their forums (under the name of her former handle Obscurus Lupa) she joined the ranks of the Channel Awesome family. The channel was online from 2009 until the year 2015 when Obscurus Lupa Presents became Movie Nights. She hosts two podcasts on the channel, both of which cover the Charmed series, and are hosted by Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. She began reviewing films late in 2009. When she gained acclaim on Channel Awesome forums, she was invited to be part of the reviewing community. She's appeared in countless Channel Awesome programs, from Atop the Fourth Wall and Phelous & the Movies to Atop the Fourth Wall. She was a former member of the Channel Awesome family alongside Doug Walker and would often appear in episodes of the Nostalgia Critic.
